Shipping & Returns

ColorRite Shipping Information

Typically, we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Many times, it leaves the same day it's ordered.

All touch-up pens will be shipped by US Mail. This is the most economical and quickest method for small shipments. When you see "Best Way" indicated in the shipping phase of checkout, that is for US Mail and for touch-up pens only. Anything larger than touch-up pens will be shipped via FedEx or UPS regardless if you choose Best Way or UPS/FedEx

Anything other than touch-up pens will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. We have a special shipping license through these companies for shipping paint and therefore can not ship DHL, Airborne Express, etc.

Your order will be shipped out of the closest warehouse to you so it arrives at your door ASAP. Most places in the US are within 2-5 business days.

We cannot accept online orders for any Next-Day, 2nd-Day, 3-Day Air or any other express shipping methods.

ColorRite Return & Exchange Policy

ColorRite is very serious about customer satisfaction. We rarely have to exchange or have paint returned, but occasionally situations arise where it is necessary.

Since every order is made when the order is placed, we do have a 25% restocking charge on the original dollar amount of the paint. This restocking charge applies to any order that has not been opened or altered in any way. If the order has been opened, sprayed, altered or used in any way, we cannot give a refund, but we can exchange the paint if necessary.

If you have used the paint and have encountered a problem, please contact us immediately. We will try to diagnose the issue over the phone. If we cannot remedy the problem, then we will arrange an inspection of the problem. This usually consists of sending the paint and a part to us to check the color. A ColorRite customer service representative will arrange this for you.

These are the conditions upon which returns/exchanges can be made:

  1. No returns/exchanges after 30 days.
  2. All returns must be sent to the ColorRite Palmdale office. No boxes will be accepted at the East Bangor location.
  3. No boxes will be accepted without an RGA number. This number is assigned by a ColorRite customer service representative.
  4. We cannot accept any returns of any product that has been used with any product other than genuine ColorRite products.
  5. All returns must have a copy of the original invoice.

Remember, most paint related issues can be solved before the paint is ever applied to the actual piece being refinished. Always perform a sprayout or color check before painting your bike!!! This cannot be overemphasized. ColorRite is not responsible for paint that has been applied to a vehicle that does not match. A sprayout will eliminate any application or color problems before they can get out of control.
