ColorRite Payment Information
ColorRite accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We also accept personal checks and postal money orders. Checks and money orders are subject to a hold of (up to) 14 days depending on the financial institution to ensure the check clears.
ColorRite Shipping Information
To ensure that all products that leave our warehouse are of the absolute highest quality, all of ourpaintsare made to order. We make every effort to ship within 2-3 days of receiving your order. Many times, itleaves the same day it's ordered.
All touch-up pens are shipped by US Mail. This is the most economical and quickest method for smallshipments. Orders larger than touch-up pens are shipped via FedEx or UPS regardless if you choose BestWayor UPS/FedEx. We have a special shipping license through these companies for shipping paint andthereforecannot ship DHL, Airborne Express, etc.
Your order will automatically be shipped out of the closest warehouse to you so it arrives at your doorasquickly and efficiently as possible. Most places in the US are within 3-5 business days once shipped.
Because many of our products are classified as "dangerous goods" we are not able to send Next-Day,2nd-Day,3-Day Air or other express shipping methods. Please be aware that if you are ordering from a countryoutsidethe US, that you are responsible for any applicable customs fees.
ColorRite Return & ExchangePolicy
ColorRite is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We rarely have to exchange or have paint returned, butoccasionally situations arise where it is necessary.
Since every order is made when the order is placed, we do have a 25% restocking charge on the originaldollaramount of the paint. This restocking charge applies to any order that has not been opened or altered inanyway. If the order has been opened, sprayed, altered or used in any way, we cannot give a refund, but wecanexchange the paint if necessary.
If you have used the paint and have encountered a problem, please contact us immediately to diagnose theissue over the phone. If we cannot remedy the problem, we will arrange an inspection of the problem.Thisusually consists of sending the paint and a part to us to check the color. A ColorRite customer servicerepresentative will arrange this for you.
These are the conditions upon which returns/exchanges can be made:
- No returns/exchanges after 30 days.
- All returns must be sent to the ColorRite office located at 123Blaine St, East Bangor, PA 18013.
- No boxes will be accepted without an RMA number. This number is assigned by a ColorRite customerservicerepresentative.
- We cannot accept any returns of any product that has been used with any product other than genuineColorRite products.
- All returns must have a copy of the original invoice.
Remember, most paint related issues can be solved before the paint is ever applied to the actualpiecebeing refinished. Always perform a sprayout or color check before painting your bike!!! This cannotbeoveremphasized. ColorRite is not responsible for paint that has been applied to a vehicle that doesnotmatch. A sprayout will eliminate any application or color problems before you spent time and moneytopaint your vehicle.
