Catalyzed Professional Primer (Pints, Quarts)

Using a primer, your colors won’t crack, spider or fade. Without it, you’re asking for it. Alright, so we’re exaggerating, but only a little. A proper coat of primer will reduce the chances of your paint separating, curing unevenly or chipping and flaking from the metal, fiberglass or plastic beneath those pretty, pretty colors. ColorRite primer is proper primer. Use ColorRite’s catalyzed primers, and you’re improving your odds of perfect paint even more.

With the added expense of catalyzed primer, you net a stronger adhesion to the base surface and a primer that’s more durable, nigh impervious to chips and scratches (and betters the blockage of rust-through and fading too). It also offers improved mechanical bonding for the color coat applied to it. ColorRite calls this primer pint the moped can because it’s not enough to paint a big bike, but ideal for a tank and a fairing, or your moped. For a full-size bike, even something with lots of panels, you’d better order the quarter.
